Our Story
LexEnhance Aesthetics and Wellness, was formed by Drs. David Rodeberg and Jill Collins, in 2025, to provide a 360 - degree approach to patient care in the rapidly growing field of outpatient health services. There are multiple reasons for patients to seek care outside of traditional medical practices. But often it is because patients simply are looking to be seen and heard. We, at LexEnhance, want our patients to know they are valuable and that their quality of life and healthcare goals are supported by a team that cares. The human body is a tapestry of interwoven connections and in order to provide high-quality care, we have invested in high-quality technology, medical grade skincare, clinically tested products and supplements, and therapies to enhance each patient's health and wellness journey. Patients have been seeking alternative solutions to invasive cosmetic and aesthetic surgery, or procedures that do not require neurotoxins or dermal fillers. As your healthcare providers, we want to minimize the risks and complications that are associated with invasive treatments to include lengthy downtime, complications, and recurrent treatments that increase in expense and frequency. At LexEnhance, we strive to find and treat the cause(s) of our patient's internal or external complaints and provide a compassionate healthcare team to improve the miles you go throughout the years.

Our Story
Drs. David Rodeberg and Jill Collins moved to Lexington, Kentucky in 2022. Dr. Rodeberg is the Medical Director for LexEnhance Aesthetics and Wellness, and has been practicing medicine as a board-certified surgeon for over 25 years. He has devoted his academic surgical career to serving rural communities and is nationally and internationally celebrated for his surgical contributions to improving the lives of children with cancer.
Dr. Rodeberg grew up on a farm milking cows in Wisconsin, before going on to medical school at the University of Madison, WI, residency at the University of Cincinnati, OH, and fellowship at Johns Hopkins University, MD. He met his wife, Dr. Collins, in rural Eastern, North Carolina.
Dr. Jill Collins is an advanced practice registered nurse, dual-board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, a registered nurse first assistant in the operating room, a certified preoperative nurse, and critical care nurse. She graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelors degree of Science in Nursing from George Mason University, VA, and Master's and Doctoral degrees from Duke University, NC. Dr. Collins has 20 years of experience to including over 5-years as a nurse practitioner, a registered nurse first assistant in pediatric, cardiac, transplant, general, urological, plastic, and robotic surgery. She has contributed to academic education, quality improvement, publishing, and speaking.
Dr. Collins journey to advancing healthcare started at the age of 16. After witnessing her father suffer from a traumatic widow maker's heart attack. "If it were not for the nurses and physicians rapid response and treatment, my father would have passed away in his mid-forties, like many of my paternal ancestors have from cardiac disease." Her first job was alongside the cardiac surgery team that saved her father and grandfather's life.
When Dr. Collins joined her husband in Lexington, she transitioned to a local plastic surgery center to continue her role as a first assistant in the operating room but she was also interested in the role of the aesthetic provider. After completing three aesthetic injector courses and attending a few international and national aesthetic conferences, she became intrigued at the influx of patients seeking aesthetic practices for weight loss medications, medications she commonly prescribed in the hospital for cardiac and transplant surgery patients. Within her first month as an aesthetic provider, she started and became the medical director for a new weight-loss program. It was in this role that she realized her patients needed more support than what her practice offered. As someone who suffers from chronic autoimmune disease, it was important that her patients had a multi-faceted team to help them reach their goals, which are not independent of one ailment, similar to her own health disparities.
And with her husband's blessing, LexEnhance Aesthetics and Wellness was created for you.
